Job Role: F&B; Trainer – Food & Beverage Service

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled F&B; Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in Food & Beverage Service. The candidate will be responsible for developing students' technical, hospitality, customer-service, and workplace skills and preparing them for employment in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service.
Train students on restaurant operations, table setup, service techniques, and guest handling.
Demonstrate different food and beverage service methods and procedures.
Provide training on menu knowledge, order taking, billing, and customer service.
Train students in skilled etiquette, grooming, hygiene, and workplace discipline.
Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and skill evaluations.
Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training-related MIS.
Support students in developing employability and communication skills.




Coordinate with the placement team for industry exposure, internships, and employment opportunities.
Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed curriculum, standards, and project requirements.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitality, or F&B; Operations.
Prior experience as an F&B; Trainer/Faculty will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
