About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of early childhood education principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the learning needs of young children.
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
Use interactive and play-based learning methods to enhance students' cognitive and social skills.
Ensure the holistic development of children through activities focused on language, numeracy, motor skills, and emotional well-being.
Maintain discipline and promote valuable behavior among students.
Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child's development.
Ensure a secure and hygienic classroom environment.




Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Diploma in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or equivalent.
Prior experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of child psychology and development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative, patient, and passionate about working with children.
Ability to engage and manage a classroom effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,639.31 - ₹25,000.00 per month
