Lead and manage the editing team across multiple projects.
Oversee the editing process from rough cuts to final delivery.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into engaging visual narratives.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, Directors, and other creative teams.
Review edits and provide creative and technical feedback to editors.
Ensure consistency in pacing, storytelling, transitions, sound, graphics, and overall visual quality.
Handle client feedback and ensure revisions are executed effectively.
Manage editing timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Stay updated with evolving editing techniques, formats, and visual trends.
Mentor and develop editors while maintaining high creative standards.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
