Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain quality standards during customer interactions.
Record customer details and update system records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
