Head – Supply Chain

Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 10–15 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory & Warehouse operations.
Manage vendor development, sourcing, negotiations, and supplier relationships.
Plan procurement based on demand, inventory, and business requirements.
Handle domestic & international sourcing, imports, logistics, and delivery schedules.
Drive cost optimization, inventory control, and process improvement.
Monitor vendor performance, quality, timelines, and supply chain risks.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and supply chain performance reports.
Lead and manage the supply chain/procurement team.
Coordinate with Finance,



Sales, Operations, Projects, and Warehouse teams.

Requirements
10–15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Logistics.
Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of inventory, sourcing, logistics, and procurement processes.
Advanced MS Excel & ERP knowledge.
Robust leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in electronics/technical procurement/manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
