Job Responsibilities
Prepare RA bills and final bills for interior fit-out projects.
Verify site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
Prepare and review BOQs based on drawings and site conditions.
Check and certify subcontractor/vendor bills as per work executed.
Perform rate analysis for non-BOQ items and variation orders.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, clients and consultants.
Track project costs, quantities and billing records.
Prepare variation statements, claims and reconciliation statements.
Ensure billing is aligned with contract terms and payment milestones.
Required Skills
2 years of experience in interior fit-out billing.
Solid knowledge of interior works, materials and construction processes.
Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements and rate analysis.
Positive command of MS Excel and billing formats.
Candidates from interior fit-out/commercial projects .
