Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (MBA is an added advantage).
3+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, consulting, or KPI-driven environments.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and project management.
Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
