Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Diagnosing, treating, and monitoring patients, including managing acute/chronic conditions and handling emergencies.
Operational Management: Overseeing daily ward/clinic operations, ensuring hygiene, and maintaining adequate supplies.
Supervision: Guiding nurses and junior doctors, and coordinating care.
Administrative Duties: Documenting patient records, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and reporting to senior authorities.
Public Health/Community: Conducting health camps, vaccination drives, and implementing disease control programs.
Research: Conducting clinical trials and monitoring patient data for research studies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: MBBS or equivalent degree, with registration in a national/state medical council.
Experience: Previous experience as a clinician, with leadership capabilities.
Skills: Robust diagnostic, communication, problem-solving, and patient management skills.
Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.
