Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates across Sales, Civil/Projects, Business Development, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and direct hiring.
Handle bulk and niche hiring for real estate and construction roles.
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate databases.
Negotiate offers and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Monitor recruitment targets, TAT, and hiring performance.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA/PG in HR or related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
Solid sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
