We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Production Engineer to oversee fabrication and manufacturing activities at our Mehsana facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor supervision, manpower management, process optimization, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise day-to-day production and fabrication activities
Manage shop-floor operations, manpower allocation, and shift planning
Coordinate production schedules and Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources
Monitor production targets and implement corrective actions when required
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures
Coordinate with Design, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Sales departments
Monitor welding and fabrication activities to ensure quality workmanship
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing practices
Maintain production records, reports,



and operational documentation
Ensure adherence to safety standards and workplace discipline

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production operations
Experience in shop-floor supervision and production management
Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Understanding of fabrication and welding processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
