To provide back office support to the sales team
To prepare MIS report on sales collection data.
Coordination with finance department / Accounts department regarding reimbursement of distributor debit notes, keeping track of reimbursement records.
Coordination for all financial approvals.
To prepare a dispatch plan and execute the same.
To maintain all types of records monthly tour programming, working reports, sales, and expense details.
Correspond with the sales team for compliance with HO requirement.
To maintain the records of agreements & coordinating with the legal department for distributor agreements.
Coordination for orders and dispatch with distributors, PPC department & logistic department.
Positive Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
