Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Tele Calling / Inside Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can effectively handle tele-calling activities, generate leads and support overall marketing initiatives. The candidate should possess solid communication skills and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain and update customer databases regularly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies
Prepare reports on sales activities and performance
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts
Proficiency in MS Office
