Key Responsibilities
Monitor Tour Plan (TP) implementation and ensure field work compliance across assigned territories.
Track daily employee check-in/check-out time, attendance, and location through Safemed.
Prepare and circulate Tour Plan (TP) deviation reports as required.
Monitor and analyze institution-wise sales performance.
Prepare comparative sales reports, including Last Year (LY) vs. Current Year (CY) analysis.
Track Planned vs. Achieved sales performance for each Field Manager and territory.
Analyze territory-wise Potential vs. Actual Business (Yield) to identify growth prospects.
Monitor market share, business trends, and future business opportunities, including anticipated tenders/orders.




Ensure effective coverage and performance monitoring of the Top 15 key accounts in each territory.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
Maintain accurate sales data and provide analytical insights to support management decision-making.
Coordinate with Field Managers and cross-functional Head Office departments to ensure timely reporting and data accuracy.
Support management with sales analysis, performance tracking, and business intelligence reports using Advanced Excel tools.
