Inspect castings, machined components, and raw materials as per specifications.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
Perform inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
Coordinate with Foundry, Pattern Shop, and Machine Shop for quality-related issues.
Check pattern dimensions and casting-related defects.
Identify and analyze casting and machining defects and support corrective actions.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
Perform in-process and final inspection of components.
Support root cause analysis, rejection analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.
Follow 5S, safety, and quality procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
