Job Description:
Handle customer queries through Email and Chat.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customers.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Update customer information in the system.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Good written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required.
Freshers with good English communication can also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
