Job Description – Diamond QC

Position: Senior Diamond Quality Controller (QC)
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and check diamonds for quality, cut, clarity, colour, and overall finishing.
Ensure diamonds meet the company’s required quality standards and specifications.
Identify defects, damage, colour/clarity issues, and other quality discrepancies.
Conduct final quality checks before diamonds are dispatched or delivered.
Coordinate with the Diamond Purchase, Sorting, Production, and Sales teams regarding quality issues.
Maintain proper QC records and reports.
Ensure consistency and accuracy in diamond grading and quality checking.




Handle and resolve quality-related issues with suppliers and internal teams.
Guide and supervise junior QC team members when required.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Diamond QC / Diamond Grading.
Valuable knowledge of diamond quality parameters and grading.
Good computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
Robust observation and attention to detail.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
