KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
Convert qualified leads into admissions
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Handle objections and effectively close admissions
Maintain accurate lead and counselling records in CRM
Support junior counsellors and share effective counselling and sales techniques
Coordinate with academic and sales teams for smooth student onboarding
REQUIREMENTS
2–4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech, Inside Sales, or related fields
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent counselling, negotiation, and closing abilities
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Valuable knowledge of CRM and lead management
Proven admission or sales conversion experience preferred
