Manage and supervise all Electronic Data Processing (EDP) activities of the organization.
Ensure proper functioning of ERP / accounting / billing / inventory management software.
Monitor daily backup, data security, and software updates.
Coordinate with software vendors for customization, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Generate MIS reports, sales reports, and operational data as required.
Implement IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
Provide technical support to staff for software-related issues.
Ensure smooth integration between departments through digital systems.
Maintain IT asset inventory (computers, printers, servers, licenses, etc.).

The salary package will be discussed during the interview, based on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
