Job Description

HandysCompany is hiring dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to provide exceptional support to customers and ensure a seamless service experience. If you have solid communication skills and enjoy helping customers resolve their concerns, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with service requests, bookings, and general queries.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with Operations and Service Teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
Provide customers with information about company services and promotions.
Prepare customer support reports and feedback summaries.

Eligibility
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Client Handling is preferred.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
No specific degree is required.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
