Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business leads.
Introduce and explain our products/services to prospective customers.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Identify customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for further business development.

Candidate Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and qualified telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Prior experience in cold calling, telecalling, telesales or lead generation will be preferred.
Candidate should be target-oriented, hardworking and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
