We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Projects to lead the planning, execution, installation and commissioning of AFR, RDF, Shredder and Waste Processing Projects at our cement plant in Rajasthan.
Key ResponsibilitiesAFR / RDF Projects
Lead end-to-end execution of AFR and RDF processing and feeding systems.
Manage receiving, unloading, storage, segregation, processing, shredding and feeding of alternative fuels.
Develop and optimize systems for handling RDF, municipal solid waste, plastic waste, biomass and other alternative fuels.
Coordinate with the process team to ensure suitable AFR quality and consistent feeding to the kiln/calciner.
Support improvement of Thermal Substitution Rate (TSR) and alternative fuel utilization.
Candidates should have solid experience in one or more of the following:
Cement Plant Projects

Mechanical Projects
Material Handling Systems
EPC Project Execution
