The Barista will prepare high-quality beverages and ensure an excellent café experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
Take customer orders and suggest menu items
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
Monitor stock levels (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.)
Handle billing/POS if required
Ensure customer satisfaction and quick service
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience as a Barista
Knowledge of brewing techniques (espresso, latte, cappuccino)
Good communication and customer service skills
Passion for coffee and hospitality
