Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading International BPO in Chennai. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with excellent English communication skills to provide exceptional customer support and build a successful career in the BPO industry.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Minimum 12 months of International Voice Process/BPO experience (for experienced candidates).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts (US Process).
Candidates should reside within 18 km of Pallavaram, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through voice support.




Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Achieve quality and productivity targets.

Compensation & Benefits
Freshers: Up to ₹3.15 LPA (Approx. ₹19,000 take-home/month)
Experienced: Up to ₹4.15 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
Performance Incentives: Starting from ₹2,000/month
5-Day Working
