Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Coordination, IT Support, or System Administration is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support to users across departments.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, printers, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and office IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email configuration, and common business applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical users.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond promptly to IT-related issues.
Willingness to travel to company branches, factories, or distribution centers whenever required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
