At RupeeStop , we simplify wealth management and mutual fund investments for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office & Customer Support Executive to join our operational team in Zirakpur. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting our Mutual Fund operations, managing client data updates, and ensuring smooth transaction processing across financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Mutual Fund Client Support: Assist clients with service requests, account updates (such as PAN updates, KYC status updates, and contact details), and resolve day-to-day portfolio queries.
RTA & AMC Coordination: Liaise directly with RTAs (CAMS/KFintech), AMCs, and fund houses for transaction execution, folio updates, status tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and process physical and digital documentation required for mutual fund onboarding, non-financial updates, and service requests.
Operational Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with clients and financial institutions to ensure swift turnaround times for pending transactions and profile updates.
Sales Support & Records Management:



Provide operational support to wealth advisors, maintain accurate client records, issue invoices, and update back-office database records regularly.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing).
Language Skills: Robust written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and qualified email etiquette.
Core Competencies: High attention to detail, robust organizational abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.
Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior exposure to mutual fund back-office operations, RTA portals, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.

Working Hours & Schedule
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: In-person (Zirakpur)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
