Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Freight Broker Manager / Team Lead to oversee and manage our freight brokerage operations. This position is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless dispatch activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily freight brokerage operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Drive business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new sales opportunities
Supervise dispatch activities and ensure timely execution of shipments




Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and carriers
Lead account management efforts, ensuring service excellence and client satisfaction
Provide leadership and guidance to the brokerage team, fostering a high-performance culture
Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements
Support strategic decision-making to achieve organizational goals and growth objectives

Qualifications
Proven experience in freight brokerage, logistics.
Robust expertise in brokerage operations, dispatching, customer service, and account management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities with a results-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
