We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial property operations, ensure smooth facility management, maintain robust customer relationships, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the real estate industry with solid operational, marketing, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
Handle society maintenance, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain property records, documentation, and statutory compliance.
Supervise maintenance staff and housekeeping teams.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety standards.
Coordinate handover and possession activities for customers.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for real estate projects.
Monitor budgets, maintenance expenses, and operational costs.
Prepare operational reports and management updates.
Liaise with banks, government authorities, and external agencies whenever required.
