Job Summary

What you’ll need…

IT Project Management & Software Delivery experience:
Prior background working as a Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager or Scrum Master within IT, specifically software projects.

Solid delivery experience that includes work within Digital Transformation, Software, API or similar.

Technology Leadership:
Demonstratable experience driving teamwork within agile teams and aligning technology elements across the phases of product/development lifecycle.

Excellent influencing and communication skills:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and solid influencing communication skills.

Reporting and Governance:
Experience in planning, tracking, reporting and governance; experience in communicating regular status updates to key senior colleagues and resolves high priority issues affecting delivery.

Track-record of handing critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings,



taking ownership for critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.

Jira and Jira Align (Training can be provided on Jira Align if required)

Working in any regulated environment

Commercial lending experience
