We are looking for an experienced CNC VTL Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our precision manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Program, set and operate CNC VTL machines for heavy and precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Set workholding, tools, tool offsets and work coordinates.
Develop, edit and optimize CNC programs.
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
Monitor tool wear, cycle time and machining quality.
Meet production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
Maintain machine, tools and work area as per 5S and safety requirements.
Identify machining issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Requirements:




ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
3–7 years of experience in CNC VTL programming, setting and operation.
Valuable knowledge of G & M codes, CNC programming, tooling and cutting parameters.
Experience with large-diameter/heavy components is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances/GD&T.;
Experience in precision engineering / metal component manufacturing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
