10+ years of experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
At least 2+ years of proven leadership as a Senior Manager (or equivalent) in Physician Billing AR.
Solid understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines, and AR processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in RCM tools, AR management platforms, and reporting systems.
Solid client-facing experience with US healthcare providers.
