Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, webinars, exhibitions, and networking events.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and venues.
Ensure seamless event execution while maintaining high quality standards.
Handle event logistics including registrations, venue setup, branding, travel, accommodation, and technical arrangements.
Conduct post-event analysis and prepare performance reports.

Business Development
Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Develop relationships with corporate clients, partners, sponsors, and industry associations.
Present event concepts and customized solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
