Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Supervise machine operators and production staff.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments.
Minimize production downtime and material wastage.
Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety guidelines.
Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
Train and guide production operators.
Ensure proper housekeeping in the production area.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
