We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.





Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Valuable understanding of conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion funnel optimization.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualification
Diploma in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Relevant certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Pattambi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
