We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to lead inside sales activities, drive revenue growth, and mentor the inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and team handling within the IT, telecom, or networking industry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
Drive lead generation through outbound calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Monitor team productivity, ensuring 100–200 outbound calls per executive per day.
Assign leads, review daily performance, and provide coaching to improve conversions.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through CRM.
Coordinate with field sales, product, and technical teams for prospect closure.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.




Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Required Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B inside sales and team management.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
Target-driven with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 4–7 years of experience in one or more of the following domains will be preferred:

CCTV & Surveillance
IT Hardware / Enterprise IT Solutions
