We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Waiter to join our cafeteria team at Wellphy Medical Hub. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth cafeteria operations while providing excellent service to patients, bystanders, and staff, with a strong focus on hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Take and manage meal bookings for admitted patients and their bystanders
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate effectively with the cafeteria team to ensure smooth daily operations
Act as a communication link between in-house patients and cafeteria/team members
Maintain transparent communication and build solid working relationships with all staff members
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafeteria area
Assist in handling patient and visitor queries politely and efficiently
Requirements
Prior experience as a waitress in hotels or restaurants is preferred
Solid hospitality mindset and customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced healthcare environment
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
Team player with a positive attitude
