The Store Manager is responsible for managing overall showroom operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading the store team to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and vendor coordination
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive store productivity and maximize sales prospects.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies for business growth.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion, average billing, UPT, and footfall.
Ensure effective customer engagement and repeat business development.
REQUIREMENTS
2+Years experience required in retail
Minimum qualification is plus two
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team handling skills
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Customer relationship management
SALARY: 15000-20000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
