Design Manager – Key Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the design team.
Allocate projects and monitor team performance.
Ensure timely design delivery and quality standards.
Drive milestone-wise revenue collection (Design, Production & Final Payment).
Follow up on outstanding payments and reduce overdue collections.
Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Review quotations, BOQs, and design approvals.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Site, and Accounts teams.
Conduct daily and weekly team review meetings.
Track KPIs, collections, and project progress.
Coach and develop designers to improve performance.
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.
