We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Residential Sales to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals in the residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring team targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential sales executives/property consultants.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance review sessions.
Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of company-provided qualified Google leads.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.

Requirements




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with a Channel Partner firm.
At least 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of the residential real estate market.
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
