Key responsibilities-

Strategic HR & Talent Management
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
Support organizational growth and foster a positive work culture.

Employee Relations & Performance Management
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting goals and improving team productivity.

Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Manage employee onboarding and support leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
