Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise academic staff and faculty members.
Ensure the smooth execution of academic operations and schedules.
Monitor faculty performance and support their career development.
Maintain academic quality standards and ensure timely course delivery.
Coordinate student-related academic activities and resolve operational issues.
Prepare academic reports and maintain relevant documentation.
Collaborate with management to implement academic strategies and improvements.
Ensure effective communication between management, faculty, and staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience as an Academic Head or in a similar academic leadership role.
Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Positive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per hour
