Job Responsibilities
Call customers and follow up on pending payments.
Collect outstanding payments within the given timeline.
Handle customer queries related to payments.
Lead and support a small telecalling team.
Monitor team performance and help achieve collection targets.
Maintain daily collection reports and update records.
Handle customer escalations professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling and payment collections.
Experience in handling or leading a team.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to achieve collection targets and work in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
