Responsibilities
Make and receive customer calls in Gujarati.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer queries and concerns politely.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Follow company processes and achieve daily call targets.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements
Fluency in Gujarati (Speak, Read & Write).
Basic English or Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Qualification
Minimum: 10+2 / Intermediate.
Graduation is preferred but not mandatory.
