We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil construction, architectural drawings, and interior fit-out works. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction and interior fit-out activities.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for project execution.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Prepare project schedules, quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, measurements, and progress reviews.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
Verify contractor work, measurements, and billing.
Ensure proper documentation, site reports, and project records are maintained.
Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




2–5 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or turnkey projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, architectural detailing, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
Excellent site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Knowledge of quality control procedures, estimation, and billing.
Familiarity with local building codes and construction regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
