We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG welding on metal components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment efficiently.
Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Grind, finish, and clean welded parts as required.
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Report any equipment malfunctions or material defects to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required Qualifications
ITI in Welder/Fitter/Fabrication or equivalent qualification.
MIG Welding Certification is preferred.
Basic understanding of welding processes and fabrication techniques.

Required Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding.




Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols.
Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, measuring tape, etc.).
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Understanding of workplace safety practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
1–5 years of experience in MIG welding in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive, or heavy engineering industries.
Freshers with relevant training or certification may also be considered.
