Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation for residential, commercial, and high-rise building projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and have a good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and building standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
Modify drawings based on architect/client comments.
Prepare door, window, staircase, toilet, kitchen, and other architectural details.
Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable building standards.
Assist architects and engineers in preparing design and presentation drawings.
Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and revisions.




Coordinate with site/project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of building materials and construction details.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
