We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Counter Sales Associates to join our ice candy outlets. The role involves serving customers, promoting products, handling billing, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience at the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a qualified and friendly manner.
Serve ice candies as per standards.
Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations.
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, display, and outlet premises.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products.
Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
Follow food safety, grooming, and service standards at all times.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
Support daily outlet operations and teamwork during peak hours.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic billing and cash-handling knowledge preferred.
