Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Third-Party Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and improve risk management processes.
Create and maintain risk dashboards, KPI/KRI reports, and executive-level analytics.
Perform integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications and data sources.
Manage platform upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system performance improvements.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for ServiceNow risk management modules.
Ensure service availability, system reliability, and adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Participate in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.




Prepare technical documentation, workflows, and best-practice guidelines.

Requisites
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Robust experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Hands-on expertise in GRC, IRM, and Third-Party Risk Management modules.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance processes.
Experience in dashboard creation, reporting, and analytics.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
Understanding of platform upgrades, release management, and system maintenance.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
