Vice Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a vice principal include:
Assist the principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and improvement plans.
Manage student discipline by investigating incidents, assigning consequences, and mediating conflicts.




Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff, providing feedback and supporting skilled growth.
Coordinate standardized testing, school schedules, and academic programming logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Post graduate with B.ED
Student discipline and conflict resolution
Staff supervision and coaching
School operations management

Salary: 55K-65K
