Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall PhD research and academic operations.
Guide and monitor PhD scholars throughout their research journey.
Coordinate with research supervisors, faculty, universities, and academic committees.
Oversee research proposals, synopsis, progress reviews, thesis submission, and viva processes.
Ensure compliance with university and regulatory research guidelines.
Develop research policies, processes, and quality standards.
Monitor research progress, publications, conferences, and academic outcomes.
Resolve scholar and supervisor-related issues.
Maintain research records, reports, and documentation.
Drive a solid research culture and improve the quality of PhD programs.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
