Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with students enrolled in the courses, ensuring a smooth learning experience, and maintaining positive relationships. This role focuses on admission-related tasks , one to one telephonic interaction with the students, assigning faculties ,sharing the course curriculum, feedback collection, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact newly admitted students to the courses and welcome them and provide necessary guidance.
Build and maintain a strong rapport with students to ensure a positive learning experience.
Regularly communicate with students to gather feedback on the course, instructors, and overall experience.




Address any student concerns and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments.
Ensure a supportive and encouraging workplace for students throughout their course journey.
Collaborate with the administrative team to enhance student satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with students in a friendly and qualified manner.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in counseling, student engagement, or customer service is a plus.
Basic knowledge of course and other training programs offered by Neethu’s Academy is an advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
